At Prairie Flower Retreats, our goal is to give you the time
you want and deserve for your quilting creativity to bloom.
Every retreat includes the following:
Spacious Work Areas
Every attendee has access to their own:
- 6-foot working table
- Ergonomic rolling chair
- Ott work light and power strip
Cutting and pressing stations are available with rulers, rotary cutters, and irons.
If you’ve forgotten anything at home, like needles, rotary blades, the cord for your machine or personal products, we’ve got you covered. We even have a couple of extra machines. A unique feature at our retreat house is the “Take it or Leave it Cabinet”, where you can pick up fabric, notions or patterns, or leave some for others to use.
Comfortable Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Each bedroom has two comfortable twin beds with luxurious linens and pillows, topped with down-alternative comforters and uniquely handmade quilts. Fluffy bath towels are provided, as well as earplugs, if needed.
Be aware that Prairie Flower Retreats LLC is a non-smoking, non-vaping, non-alcohol facility. Please respect our wishes on this.
Delicious Homemade Meals
All meals are homemade by our exclusive catering chef and are included in the cost of the retreat. Additionally, a snack table will be filled by us and any snacks you bring to share. Coffee, tea, and water are provided, and you will have access to a separate refrigerator for any other drinks you bring.
Pricing Information
All-inclusive 3-day/3-night retreats are $325, plus sales tax on the room alone. Those who live nearby and choose not to sleep onsite will be given a discounted rate. Rates may differ for retreats offering classes, kits, or guest teachers. Different lengths of retreats and special sew days are also options we can discuss. We’ll find a retreat that works for you!
A $100 deposit is required of each person when you make your reservation. The balance is due 30 days before the retreat. Failure to have the full amount paid 30 days before the retreat may result in the forfeiture of your spot at the retreat and downpayment. We accept payment by credit card, Venmo, cash, or check.
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel your reservation and let us know 30 days before the retreat date, we will refund 100% of your money. If canceling 15 days before, 50% will be refunded. After that, we cannot give a refund, but you may apply the money towards another retreat date or transfer it to another person. However, a refund will not be given on a second cancellation.
